Chat Room Rules

Welcome to ChatNoRegister! To keep our community safe, friendly, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these rules at all times. Violation of any rule may result in a mute, kick, or permanent ban — without warning.
1. Be Respectful
Treat all users with respect. Do not insult, harass, bully, threaten, or demean other members. Personal attacks, name-calling, and toxic behavior are not tolerated. Disagreements are fine — hostility is not.
2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination
Any form of hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, or discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, or disability is strictly prohibited. This applies to usernames, messages, and uploaded content.
3. No Explicit or Adult Content
Do not share, post, or request sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material in any chat room or private message. This includes text descriptions, images, links, and videos. Content involving minors in any sexual context will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
4. No Spam or Flooding
Do not flood the chat with repeated messages, excessive caps, symbols, or emojis. Do not advertise other websites, services, or products. Promotional content, referral links, and self-promotion are not allowed without staff permission.
5. No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other users, moderators, admins, or any public figure. Using misleading usernames designed to appear as staff or another user is prohibited.
6. Protect Personal Information
Do not share personal information — yours or anyone else's. This includes full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, and photos of others without consent. Doxxing is a serious offense and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
7. No Illegal Activity
Do not promote, encourage, or engage in any illegal activity. This includes drug dealing, hacking, fraud, piracy, threats of violence, and distribution of malware or harmful links.
8. Keep It Clean in Public Rooms
Public chat rooms are open to all ages (13+). Keep conversations appropriate. Excessive profanity, graphic descriptions, and inappropriate topics should be kept out of public rooms.
9. Respect the Staff
Moderators and admins are here to keep the chat safe. Follow their instructions. If you are asked to stop a behavior, stop immediately. Arguing with, provoking, or threatening staff will result in escalated action. If you believe a moderation decision was unfair, use the contact page to appeal.
10. No Ban Evasion
If you have been muted, kicked, or banned, do not attempt to rejoin using a different username, IP address, or VPN to circumvent the action. Ban evasion will result in a longer or permanent ban.
11. Use Appropriate Usernames
Your username must not contain offensive language, slurs, explicit references, impersonation of others, or any content that violates these rules. Staff may force a name change or ban accounts with inappropriate usernames.
12. Report Violations
If you see someone breaking the rules, use the report feature or contact a moderator. Do not engage with rule-breakers — let the staff handle it. False or malicious reporting is also a violation.
13. Consequences
Violations are handled at staff discretion. Depending on severity, consequences include: verbal warning, temporary mute, kick from the room, temporary ban, or permanent ban. Serious offenses (threats, CSAM, doxxing) result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
14. Changes to Rules
We may update these rules at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the chat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
